Surgical Technologist Pay in the Rocky Mountain Region

Data recently made public by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) shows more than 110,000 surgical technologists working in the United States as of May 2023. With just over 4,600 surgical technologists employed, the five-state Rocky Mountain region accounted for about 4% of surgical technologist employment in the United States.  Nearly half of the entire region's surgical technologists were in Colorado, which ranked in the upper quartile of states with an average surgical technologist annual mean wage in excess of $65,000, more than 10% higher than the national average. However, most other states in the region had surgical technologist annual mean wage levels below the national average. Pharmacy Technician Pay in the Great Lakes States

Pharmacy technician employment in the U.S. stood at over 460,000 per May 2023 data published earlier this year by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS). With over 73,000 pharmacy technicians employed, the five-state Great Lakes region accounted for about 16% of U.S. pharmacy technician employment. Pharmacy Technician Pay in the U.S. Mid-East

May 2023 data published earlier this year by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) put pharmacy technician employment at more than 460,000. With over 62,000 pharmacy technicians employed, the U.S. Mid-East region, which encompasses five states and the District of Columbia, accounted for about 14% of U.S. pharmacy technician employment. Pharmacy Technician Pay in the Rocky Mountain Region

With almost 15,000 pharmacy technicians employed, the five-state Rocky Mountain region accounted for only 3% of U.S. pharmacy technician employment.
