Missouri Hospitals Rated Five-Star in CMS Patient Surveys

Patient surveys done from time to time by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (the "CMS") aim to measure user satisfaction with recent inpatient stays at hospitals that treat Medicare and Medicaid enrollees. The CMS survey collects information from recent patients about their recent hospital stay, then consolidates that information into an all-encompassing patient satisfaction rating on a 1 to 5-star scale, with the scale's highest score being 5-stars.  Based on the most current CMS patient surveys, six Missouri hospitals earned a five-star rating from patients.  Listed alphabetically, here are the Missouri hospitals that rated as five-stars for patient experience according to CMS surveys (as of April 27, 2026):

  1. This post provides helpful information about Missouri hospitals and patient survey ratings. It is interesting to see how healthcare quality is evaluated through patient experiences. The discussion also reminded me of broader everyday concerns, including are plastic bags recyclable, and how responsible choices can benefit communities.
