Cancer accounted for 602,350 deaths in the United States in 2020. In the six-state New England region, 28,748 deaths were attributed to cancer in 2020, about 4.8% of all U.S. cancer deaths that year. At 193.6 deaths per 100,000 population, New England had a cancer death rate in 2020 that was almost 6% higher than the national average. It's so sad to see the death rates in New England from cancer. It is because people are not taking enough diet they are not eating a proper meal or if they are eating so not taking on time. They prefer junk food compared to healthy food which is the worst thing. Nowadays people are more depressed and in stress which is affecting their health.
